At Gathegi, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of the arrival date. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of the arrival date to request a return or exchange. You can reach us via email at returns@gathegi.com.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.
  3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and attach the return shipping label if provided.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you always have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep your order or return it.

We will give you a full refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was in upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and the value of the item has been reduced, we have a right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. So, treat your products with care please. The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are sealed and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed, such as certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewellery, face masks, beauty products and cosmetics.
